Responsibilities & Context:
Lead factory-wide maintenance operations to maximize machinery uptime and ensure rapid breakdown recovery.
Plan, implement, and monitor Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
Ensure effective implementation of 45-day preventive maintenance cycles.
Verify machine setup, attachments, calibration, and technical readiness before production release.
Analyze machine failure trends and downtime data to identify and eliminate recurring breakdowns.
Monitor machine downtime and develop corrective and preventive actions.
Supervise mechanics and TPM specialists and allocate manpower according to production priorities.
Ensure proper management of spare parts, tools, maintenance resources, and inventory.
Maintain centralized tool organization and maintenance support areas in line with 5S standards.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety requirements and company procedures.
Monitor and control maintenance budgets and resource utilization.
