· Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Linking machines, linking techniques, yarn types (acrylic, cotton, wool), and gauge sizes.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, crisis management, and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict shipment deadlines.

• Production Planning & Execution: Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. Manage line balancing, workflow optimization, and machine layouts to maximize efficiency.

• Technical Operations: Monitor yarn quality, linking, and finishing operations to guarantee proper fit, measurements, and structural integrity.

• Quality Control: Enforce quality standards (AQL), minimize defects and alterations, and liaise with buyer QC teams for final inspections and audits.

• IE & Efficiency: Implement industrial engineering techniques (Time and Motion Study, SMV calculation) to achieve targeted output and reduce wastage.

• Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate linking operators and floor supervisors.

• Compliance: Ensure the factory floor adheres to safety and ethical standards (e.g., BSCI, Sedex, WRAP).

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
