Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.

Responsibilities & Context:
We are 100% export-oriented Sweater Manufacturing Group of Company looking for a dynamic Senior GPQ / GPQ (Experience in New Yorker Required).
Job location will be Gacha, Chayadana, Gazipur.
Overseeing New Yorker Account.
Managed end-to-end quality control from raw material (yarn) inspection to finished garment approval.
Led Pre-Production (PP) meetings and supervised pilot run to validate processes and identify risks.
Monitor inline, end-line and final inspection processes to maintain consistent AQL standards.
Collaborated with Production Planning, Industrial Engineering, and Merchandising departments.
Identify and raise quality defects, providing timely feedback to the production and QC teams.
Inspect trims, labeling, packing, color, wash, and measurements to ensure conformity with approved standards.
Act as a liaison between the buyer, factory merchandising team, and production department to ensure smooth communication.
Ensure strict compliance with the buyer's quality manual and relevant compliance requirements.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
