• Local & International Sourcing

• Knowledge of Garments & Textile Accessories, Engineering Items & Spare Parts Procurement

• Implement supply chain strategies in line with organizational objectives.

• Ensure compliance with supply chain policies, procedures, and SOPs.

• Prepare note sheets, procurement documents, ERP transactions, and approval-related documentation.

• Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements, and process procurement approvals.

• Manage local and international procurement of stationaries items ,accessories, engineering items, machinery spare parts, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) items, and general store materials for garments and textile operations.

• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

• Maintain approved supplier records and conduct supplier performance evaluations.

• Monitor procurement, inventory, logistics, and spare parts availability to optimize cost, quality, and operational efficiency.

• Prepare procurement, inventory, supplier performance, and supply chain KPI reports.

• Supervise and develop the Supply Chain team to achieve departmental objectives.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
