We are seeking a experienced Senior Officer/Asst.Manager for Product Development in Dyeing Factory. The responsibilities are..

• Follow up Uniqlo development (Knit & Woven)

• Follow up lab dip,EC,App sample for Uniqlo

• Ensure on time submission and approval

• Communicate with external and internal customer

• Ensure quality, shade accuracy, and fabric performance as per technical specifications.

• Guide the dyeing team on recipe formulation, dye selection, and process optimization.

• Troubleshoot technical issues in dyeing and finishing to meet required standards.

• Monitor test results (shrinkage, fastness, GSM, etc.) and ensure corrective actions.

• Ensure buyer comments, changes, and approvals are implemented correctly.

• Maintain documentation and traceability for product development activities.

• Train the team on technical know-how, buyer expectations, and innovation practices.

• Any other task by the superior or management.
