Responsibilities & Context:
Integration and standardization of business processes.·
Implementation and maintenance of the ERP system.·
Diagnosing and resolving issues in the ERP system.·
Performing system upgrades and maintenance.·
Analyzing existing business processes to improve workflows.·
Providing technical support for the ERP system to end-users.·
Training end-users on ERP system functionalities.·
Managing master data.
Any others task by the superior or management.
