• 8-12 Years’ experience in relevant field

• Knowledge about Labor law, Buyer COC, OCS/ GOTS, RCS/GRS, OEKO-Tex, BSCI, C-TPAT, Safety protocols, factory layout, fish-farming, energy saving, gardening & beautification, etc.

• Ability to uphold business ethics and handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Ability to work collaboratively at all levels

• Planning and organizing skills

• Problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail

• Conversant with MS office application

• Coordinate with all departments to acquire all textile certificates within the timeline as per Buyer COC, and textiles relevance etc

• Implement all CAPs – from internal audit as well as third party audit to acquire relevant certifications

• Work closely with Technical Service Department to maintain structural safety, fire safety, and electrical safety throughout the factory

• Form and monitor all kinds of committees i.e. participation committee, safety committee, anti-sexual harassment committee, canteen committee, etc

• Monitor and coordinate the maintenance and improvement of gardens and green areas, ensuring a clean and aesthetic environment

• Manage the health, cleanliness, and feeding of fish, ensuring proper upkeep and water quality through coordination with relevant personnel or vendors

• Coordinate awareness programs and track energy consumption to support the implementation of cost-effective, eco-friendly practices
