Responsibilities & Context:
•Ensure overall quality control of knit garment washing in line with buyer’s standards and SOPs
•Monitor washing parameters, i.e., recipe, temperature, time, dosage, etc., to maintain consistent shade and appearance
•Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions, including reprocessing
•Review quality manuals and new styles; apply online/offline parameters to ensure accuracy
•Lead the team in enforcing quality policies and SOPs, using timely assessments, e.g., 4-point system, to ensure customer satisfaction
•Maintain compliance with buyer standards, environmental guidelines, and chemical safety protocols
