Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 28 to 40 years

• Only males are allowed to apply

• In-depth knowledge of washing processes, including chemical treatments

• Strong understanding of shade band approvals, shrinkage, and garment measurements

• Proficiency in monitoring washing performance and making process improvements

• Ability to troubleshoot washing-related issues and provide guidance for reprocess and re-wash minimization

• Strong background in washing quality control, measurement systems, and shade band approvals

• Understanding of customer requirements for washing and shade consistency, with experience aligning production with commercial needs

• Develop, implement, and monitor advanced washing processes such as enzyme, silicone, acid washes, and garment dyeing.

• Prepare detailed reports on production, quality, and maintenance activities for management review.

• Address and resolve client feedback related to washing quality or processes.

• Keep record of approved sample, washing recipe so that can follow bulk washing properly

• Supervise and guide the washing team, including technicians and operators, to achieve daily production targets.

• Troubleshoot technical issues in washing processes and machinery to minimize downtime.

• Manage inventory of washing chemicals and consumables and highlight garment washing chemical effects on meeting

• Source different washing plants and get the price, idea and cost analysis

• Ensure that all washing operations meet client specifications and factory quality standards.

• Coordinate with quality and merchandising team
