Responsibilities & Context:
1. Fire Alarm System: Installation (smoke, heat, multi-sensor detectors & device), trouble shooting, false alarm, Loop fault, Nac Fault (BOSCH & Cooper products) maintenance.
2. Fire Hydrant & Standpipe System: Fire pump, hose box, sensing line, zone control pressure checking asper RSC & Nirapon standard. (Bristol fire pump).
3. Fire Sprinkler System: Sprinkler head checking and cleaning, pipe checking if any linkage immediately fixed it. Knowledge of sprinkler system installation work.
4. Fire door: Fire door, Fire curtain & Fire damper installation & maintenance asper standard.
5. Knowledge of penetration materials maintenance (Expansion joint, Cable penetration, Collar penetration).
6. Extinguisher: Monthly checking Fire extinguisher & send for refiling.
7. Monthly Fire exit light, Fog light, Emergency light Checking & maintenance.
8. Maintain logs and records of all inspections, tests, and maintenance activities as per standard.
9. Arranging fire drill & fire training as per FSCD, BRACK & NIRAPON standard.
Machine work : knowledge of operate Drill machine, Grinding machine, welding machine etc.
