• Should have proven leadership, coordination & communication skills

• Should have strong analytical skills and reporting skills.

• Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented

A renowned 100 % export based Knit composite Garments is looking for potential candidate as AGM/ DGM (Garments Production Planning) at its factory office near Mawna, Gazipur.

• The factory is having 110 lines & producing 3.5 million pieces (approx.) garments in each month.

Job Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate has to Prepare Effective production plan through using Fast React Software. So, adequate planning experience through Fast React Software is required.

• The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Marketing & Merchandising, IE, Supply Chain, Production and other related departments for the Execution of the production plan effectively on regular basis.
