• Strong knowledge of Standard SMV, CPM and Garments Costing

• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and IE-related software/tools

• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills

A renowned 100 % export based Knit composite Garments is looking for potential candidate for the position of Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager- (IE) to perform Garments Costing related job activities at its Factory Office- Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare garment costing based on Standard SMV, CPM and Efficiency

• Responsible for style-wise pre-costing and post-costing based on standard SMV

• Monitor CPM, P&L realization, and excess process costs to ensure costing accuracy and identify cost-reduction opportunities

• For every style analyze processes and reduce process(s), if possible, to increase SMV accuracy in operation bulletin

• Calculate labor requirements, machine requirements, and production capacity for new styles

• Conduct time study practice by updating SMV

• Prepare costing reports, productivity analysis, and management reports
