* Experience in Social Media Management or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other major social platforms.
* Good knowledge of social media content strategy and audience engagement.
* Strong writing and creative skills.
* Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
* Experience with Canva and AI image-generation tools.
* Ability to identify trends and turn them into relevant content ideas.
* Ability to review and improve AI-generated content before publishing.
* Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
* Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Experience in the fashion/clothing industry will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Alien Tees is looking for a creative, responsible, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content strategy, audience engagement, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.
* Develop and execute monthly/weekly social media content plans.
* Create, coordinate, and publish engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and You tube Shorts.
* Write engaging captions, copy, and promotional content.
* Monitor social media trends, competitors, and relevant industry developments.
* Coordinate with the Design, Photography, Video, and Marketing teams to produce content.
* Monitor content performance and prepare regular performance reports.
* Analyze reach, engagement, followers, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
* Suggest new content ideas, campaigns, and strategies to improve brand awareness and engagement.
* Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual presentation, and communication across platforms.
* Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and other marketing activities.
