Confident and professional on phone calls
Strong persuasive sales ability
Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
Fast typing and good communication skills
Basic understanding of order taking and order processing workflow

Alien Tees is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive who can manage customer communication, handle telesales, process orders, and support sales growth through excellent service and product understanding. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate professionally with customers, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through phone calls, Facebook inbox, and other communication channels

• Process and confirm customer orders accurately

• Increase sales by providing a clear understanding of products and suggesting suitable options

• Maintain customer records and daily sales logs

• Track customer inquiries and follow up when necessary

• Escalate complex customer issues to management when required

• Follow company policies for customer handling and workflow compliance

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information

• Salary Review: Half Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 1
