• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development.

• Strong proficiency in Laravel or Node.js frameworks and MySQL database.

• Good understanding of database design, optimization, indexing, and caching.

• Solid understanding of RESTful API development, integration, and documentation.

• Understanding of software design principles and scalable system architecture.

• Experience with background jobs, queues, cache systems, and scheduled tasks.

• Experience with Git, debugging, testing, and deployment processes.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Envobyte Ltd. is looking for a Software Engineer (Backend) to build, maintain, and improve scalable backend systems, APIs, and databases that power our digital products. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, experience developing reliable backend solutions, and a passion for building secure, high-performance applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.

• Develop and optimize backend services for Android, iOS, and web applications.

• Design and optimize database structures, queries, and workflows.

• Implement secure authentication and authorization systems.

• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.

• Identify & resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.

• Monitor and improve application performance and reliability.

• Develop background jobs, queues, and scheduled processes.

• Collaborate with frontend, mobile, UI/UX, and product teams.

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
