Key Responsibilities
Participate in structured job rotations across all major functional departments.
Understand business operations, departmental objectives, policies, and KPIs.
Support sales growth, business development, distribution, and market expansion.
Assist in marketing campaigns, brand management, and promotional activities.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior assessments.
Monitor production processes, product quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.
Support procurement, supplier management, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
Gain practical exposure to HR operations, recruitment, employee development, and performance management.
Support business reporting, data analysis, ERP systems, and process automation.
Understand administrative operations, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvement initiatives.
Analyze business performance and prepare management reports and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Participate in strategic projects, business planning, and management initiatives.
