Experience Requirements

• Jr. Waiter: Freshers are encouraged to apply. Previous restaurant experience will be an advantage.

• Waiter: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

• Candidates with experience in Thai, Pan-Asian, or Fine-Dining restaurants will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

• Present menus, explain daily specials, and recommend food and beverages.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests.

• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle concerns professionally.

• Maintain proper table setup and cleanliness according to restaurant standards.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth and timely service.

• Promote special menu items and beverages.

• Maintain professional grooming, uniform standards, and service etiquette.

• Follow restaurant policies, hygiene, and food safety guidelines.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Salary & Benefits

Jr. Waiter

• Basic Salary: BDT 8,000/month

• Average Service Charge: BDT 6,000/month

Waiter

• Basic Salary: BDT 10,000–13,000/month

• Average Service Charge: BDT 8,000–10,000+/month

• Festival Bonus: 2
• Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize

• Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize

• Salary Review: Yearly

• Festival Bonus: 2

• Timely Salary (1- 6 of each month)
