Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues to minimize machine downtime.
Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure maximum machine availability and efficiency.
Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability and productivity.
Coordinate with machine suppliers and external service providers for repairs, spare parts, and technical support.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and maintenance best practices.
Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities & Context:
