Education:
•B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Mechanical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Leather Engineering, or related discipline.
•MBA will be considered an added advantage.

- Age At least 35 years
•Minimum 5 years in a managerial position.
•Experience in handbags, leather goods, footwear, or export-oriented manufacturing will receive preference.
•Experience working with international premium brands will be highly preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
•Lead overall production operations to achieve production targets, shipment schedules, and business objectives.
•Plan and optimize manpower, machinery, production capacity, and material utilization.
•Drive manufacturing excellence through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
•Monitor and improve KPIs including Productivity, Efficiency, DHU, FTT, OEE, WIP, Capacity Utilization, and On-Time Delivery.
•Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards, company SOPs, and social & environmental compliance requirements.
•Coordinate closely with IE, Planning, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
•Lead new style introduction (NPI), pilot runs, process validation, and production ramp-up.
•Identify production bottlenecks and implement sustainable corrective actions using Root Cause Analysis tools.
•Develop production supervisors and officers through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
•Lead automation, digitalization, and productivity enhancement projects.
•Control manufacturing costs while maintaining premium product quality.
•Prepare management reports and present production performance to senior leadership.
