• Monthly Shipment wise production planning & follow up. 

• Executing fabric production inside & outside & planning according to deadline & monthly fabric need for dyeing & sewing plan.

• Follow up Order Wise Yarn Received, Yarn delivery & Knitting production record.

• Follow up with buyer/order wise fabric delivery status.

• Maintain daily statement and report to authority.

• Follow up order wise yarn delivery & fabrics receive of factory.

• Responsible for providing fabrics according closing date.

• Working with management to achieve monthly shipment target.

• Ensure production as per given advance planning.

• Ensure quality check at all points type of fabric checking.

• Maintain all quality parameters.

• Plan and ensure maximum utilization of machines.

• Allocating machines considering buyer and shipment dates.

• Ensure proper grey GSM / Stitch length and preserving records.

• Ensure the shrinkage is keeping within the marginal parameter and maintaining them with strong control.

Any other related task assigned by the reporting authority.
