Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Or, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering,

Or, Mechanical Engineering

• Age At least 25 years

• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, utility systems, preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability, and troubleshooting.

• Proven leadership, team management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional coordination abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Lead and supervise all mechanical maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability and minimum production downtime.

• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance programs.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions to eliminate recurring equipment failures.

• Supervise the installation, commissioning, relocation, modification, and validation of machinery and equipment.

• Maintain and optimize utility systems, including Air Compressors, Chillers, Water Pumps, Vacuum Pumps, Air Dryers, and Process Cooling Systems.

• Monitor, maintain, and improve the performance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

• Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives and utility optimization projects.

• Manage critical spare parts inventory and coordinate the procurement of maintenance materials and equipment.

• Control maintenance costs while ensuring high equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

• Lead, train, mentor, and supervise maintenance engineers, supervisors, technicians, and mechanics to achieve departmental objectives.

• Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Planning, Procurement, and other departments to improve equipment performance and production efficiency.

• Support new machine selection, installation, commissioning, production trials, and process validation.

• Ensure maintenance documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready, and support internal and external audits.

• Supervise and monitor daily construction and facility improvement activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
