1. Manage and maintain design technical packs (Tech Packs) to ensure accuracy and completeness.

2. Coordinate sample requisitions and ensure all sample requests are processed within the targeted timelines.

3. Liaise with production, design, technical, and supplier teams to ensure smooth sample development and execution.

4. Monitor fabric and trims lead times and provide timely updates to the department head.

5. Ensure design packs are complete and all required raw materials are arranged on schedule.

6. Assess sample feasibility in terms of cost, material availability, and manufacturability, and recommend suitable alternatives when necessary.

7. Maintain accurate records of Sample Requisition Notes (SRN), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and sample development progress.

8. Ensure samples are developed and delivered within the agreed turnaround time.

9. Maintain effective coordination with the sample section and external suppliers to support timely sample development.

10. Coordinate with the sourcing team to ensure the availability of required raw materials for sampling.

11. Work closely with the Design, Sample Development, and Quality teams to ensure product quality and timely execution.

12. Ensure compliance with company policies, departmental procedures, and management directives.

13. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
