Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lab, including managing lab personnel, equipment, and supplies.

Ensuring all products meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications. This involves performing tests, analyzing data, and making recommendations for improvements.

Ensuring that all lab personnel are trained on safety protocols and that the lab is in compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Need to work closely with other departments such as production, sales & marketing and procurement to improve or mitigate issues.

Prepare periodical performance reports for top management. Create an annual training plan on quality for both QA and others.

Create an annual maintenance and calibration plan. Control equipment in a way so that it can easily be traced if there is any nonconformance. Control color books (Pantone, Archroma etc)

Attend testing-related customer calls/concerns to investigate the cause. Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Responsible for conducting product safety testing and take necessary measures to control product safety

Arrange and plan the test as per the buyer's requirement. Analyze customer requirements from RSL, the test manual, the customer protocol, etc.

Control incoming raw material through IQC and by analyzing supplier documents (data sheet, MSDS, TDS, COA, etc.).

Managing the lab accreditation process to get the lab accredited from a 3rd party lab and maintain the process.

Support quality audits and customer technical evaluations. Responsible and act as custodian for document control for all technical audits (ISO, TQP, Oekotex, buyer audit, customer audit, etc.).

Prepare periodical performance reports for top management.

Create an annual training plan on quality for both QA and others.

Re-design and modification of the existing workflow as well as buyers’ requirements and set different standards of lab testing.

Detailed knowledge of operating testing machines and testing methods.
