• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

• SSC & HSC results should be GPA 5

• B.sc result should be minimum GPA 3.00/4.00

• Strong knowledge of woven garment manufacturing processes.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written & verbal).

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle multiple orders and work under pressure.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/PLM systems.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Trainee Merchandiser to manage accounts for our H&M, Jack & Jones & Ernsting’s Family Buyer. The incumbent will be responsible for order execution, buyer communication, and coordination with production teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for monitoring and sourcing complete samples, lab dips, accessories, trims from home & abroad and communicate with various suppliers to get the current price/ strike off / Handloom.

• To prepare purchase orders, internal orders & costing sheets

• Sound knowledge of production (pattern, consumption and wash etc.)

• Candidate has to coordinate with the company`s marketing, design, supply chain, production & store department.

• To mediate production and quality department and work closely with QA to ensure the best final product & take care of all aspects of quality from the initial to the final stage of the production

• Coordinates with the production team in order to deliver on-time shipments.

• Handle product costing, price negotiations and prepare cost breakdown sheets.

• Monitor and ensure the timely development of samples and prototypes.

• Ensure maximum lead time to production & execute the maximum profit from all merchandise
