Distribution, Merchandising, Product Development, Knit Merchandising, Merchandising and Marketing, Buyer Sourcing, costing knowledge

1. Prepare accurate cost sheets for each product by reviewing production tech packs, identifying new materials, resolving discrepancies, and arranging required color standards for key accounts.

2. Monitor production progress and maintain on-time delivery by closely coordinating with the Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) teams, resolving product and service-related issues promptly.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of merchandising activities in SAP, ensuring data integrity and timely system updates.

4. Coordinate regularly with the Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Commercial teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely shipment.

5. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure product development, material sourcing, and production processes align with customer requirements and company standards.

6. Monitor order status from development to shipment, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer specifications throughout the merchandising process.
