Arrow Footwear Limited is seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Asst. Manager- Commercial to lead our Commercial Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all import, export, customs bond, banking, logistics, and regulatory compliance activities while ensuring smooth commercial operations.
Lead and manage all commercial operations related to import, export, customs, logistics, and international trade.
Handle Master L/C, Back-to-Back L/C, UPAS L/C, TT, and other trade finance activities in compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations.
Prepare, verify, and process Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, GSP, Insurance, EXP, UD, UP, and other import/export documents accurately and on time.
Manage Customs Bond licensing, bond renewal, bond utilization, and ensure compliance with bonded warehouse rules and customs regulations.
Coordinate with Bangladesh Customs, Customs Bond Commissionerate, NBR, EPB, BGMEA/BKMEA (where applicable), banks, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and C&F agents to ensure smooth commercial operations.
Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
Maintain effective communication with buyers, suppliers, and overseas agents regarding shipments, documentation, and commercial issues.
Ensure compliance with applicable import-export laws, VAT, customs regulations, and company policies.
Support internal and external audits, including Customs, Bond, VAT, Financial, Buyer, and Social Compliance audits.
Prepare commercial reports, analyze logistics costs, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial activities.
Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team while staying updated on changes in international trade regulations and industry best practices.
