• Conduct routine electrical safety inspections and audits across all factory facilities to ensure a safe working environment.

• Ensure full compliance with Nirapon, RSC, BNBC, NFPA, Bangladesh Electrical Code, and buyer-specific electrical safety standards.

• Identify electrical hazards, perform risk assessments, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Track and ensure timely closure of all electrical safety audit findings and corrective action plans (CAPs).

• Inspect and monitor electrical installations, substations, transformers, generators, distribution boards, switchgears, panels, and wiring systems.

• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to implement safe electrical practices and maintain system reliability.

• Maintain and update all electrical safety documentation, including inspection reports, permits, preventive maintenance records, test reports, and compliance documents.

• Support internal, external, buyer, Nirapon, and RSC audits by providing required documentation and ensuring audit readiness.

• Conduct electrical safety awareness training and toolbox sessions for employees and relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with fire and life safety requirements associated with electrical systems.Prepare, update, and submit Nirapon 90-Day Progress Reports and monitor remediation activities as per required timelines.

• Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize electrical risks and ensure uninterrupted factory operations.

• Prepare periodic electrical safety performance reports, KPI dashboards, and compliance summaries for management review.

• Assist in accident/incident investigations related to electrical systems and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring continuous improvement in electrical safety management systems.
