Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain all store-related records with proper documentation and data entry using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Ensure accurate receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking of products/materials.
Monitor and maintain daily store stock balance and inventory movement.
Conduct regular stock checking and physical inventory verification.
Analyze stock levels and prepare stock reports to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Source products/materials through internet browsing and communicate with suppliers when required.
Assist management in identifying quality products at competitive prices.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly stock balance sheets and analysis reports.
Coordinate with purchase, sales, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the store.
Report any stock discrepancies, damage, or shortages to management immediately.
Maintaining all other shipments.
Maintaining Loder administration.
