Advanced level skill in MS Office package (Especially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
ERP experienced preferred.

The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Knit, Woven & Sweater inspection, pattern amendments, Quality Control/Audit, basics on printing, embroidery and washing, risk analysis, pre-production.
Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines
Physically fit and willing to travel as required.
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset timeframe.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement quality management strategies and plans and maintain quality control manuals, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with company and buyer standards.
Having deep product knowledge of Woven, Knit & Sweater.
Understanding fully the Quality System for Knit, Woven, Sweater fabric & Garments.
Set quality benchmarks aligned with buyer requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications.
Lead and mentor Quality Assurance (QA) teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (with merchandising, technical, and production) to integrate quality standards.
Oversee quality checks at all stages: Fabric inspection, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Packing.
Ensure adherence to AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards.
Monitor inline and end-line inspections.
Monitor and identify high-risk operations and implement mitigation measures to address risk factors in daily work activities.
Monitor and analyze quality performance data (root cause analysis) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Proactively identify quality risks, conduct audits, and resolve issues related to production or product quality.
Resolve customer complaints and issues related to product quality.
Drive initiatives to reduce defects, improve process efficiency, and enhance overall quality standards.
Develop quality awareness within the team.
Knowledge about Fabric composition, Knitting, Dyeing, Sewing, different types of washing & dying to Shipment process.
Maintain proper records of inspections and approvals.
Having deep technical knowledge, and being able to advise the counterparts (factory, merchandiser, sample room technician...) on solving technical issues.
Maintain Weekly progress reports, with up-to-date information on all orders & outstanding issues.
Frequently travel to factories to the different location as per instructions by office.
Maintain accurate QC data management, reporting systems, and technical documentation.
Conduct inline inspections during production
