At least 5 years’ experience (Buying house experience require 3 years).

Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English

Advanced level skill in MS Office package (Especially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook) (ERP experienced preferred)

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments, Textile

The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Knit & Woven, fabric inspection, pattern amendments, Quality Control/Audit, basics on printing, embroidery and washing, risk analysis, pre-production.

The applicants should have experience in the following categories men’s, ladies, children and product safety and process controls.

Responsibilities:

• Having deep product knowledge of Woven, Knit & Sweater.

• Understanding fully the Quality System for Knit, Woven, Sweater fabric & Garments.

• Knowledge about Fabric composition, Knitting, Dyeing, Sewing, different types of washing & dying to Shipment process.

• Maintain proper records of inspections and approvals

• Interact with production teams and other stakeholders to address quality concerns and ensure alignment. 

• Having deep technical knowledge, and being able to advise the counterparts (factory, merchandiser, sample room technician...) on solving technical issues.

• Maintain Weekly progress reports, with up-to-date information on all orders & outstanding issues.

• Frequently travel to factories to the different location as per instructions by office.

• Ability to check Development, Fit, PP, TOP & other Samples.

• Ability to do In-Line, Mid-Line & Final Inspections.

• Implement daily quality control procedures and ensure proper execution of approved processes on production floor.

• Maintain accurate QC data management, reporting systems, and technical documentation.

• Checking and matching the accessories such as sewing threads, buttons, care labels, size labels, main labels, photo board poly bag, etc. as per customer requirement.

• Follow up and ensure production quality from fabric/accessories to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.

• Monitor in-line, end-line, and final inspection processes to ensure defect-free production.

• Review samples as approved standards

• Conduct inline inspections during production

• Coordinate with merchandisers, production team, and factory teams to implement corrective and preventive actions

• Investigate quality problems, implement corrective actions, and work with relevant teams to prevent recurrence.
