Candidates having prior working experience with Indian customer will be added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with business goals and seasonal plans.
Approve technical packs, samples, and prototypes before production.
Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for fabrics, trims, and finished products.
Monitor delivery timelines to prevent delays in production and shipment.
Monitor costs across sourcing, development, and production to ensure profitability.
Ensure all merchandise meets internal quality standards and buyer specifications.
