• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing

• 1 to 2 years

• Age 24 to 27 years

Strong knowledge of apparel product development, garment construction, fabrics, trims, and washing techniques.

Excellent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office.

Experience in preparing Tech Packs, buyer presentations, and managing sample development.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Conduct seasonal trend, market, color, and consumer research.

Develop mood boards, concept boards, and product inspiration.

Create professional technical sketches, CADs, and detailed Tech Packs using Adobe Illustrator.

Prepare buyer presentations and product development files.

Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams throughout the development process.

Source fabrics, trims, washes, prints, graphics, and embellishments according to buyer requirements.

Follow up on sample development, fit comments, and design revisions to ensure timely execution.

Attend factory visits when required for sample evaluation and product development.

Maintain organized design documentation and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines.

Stay updated with global fashion trends, silhouettes, fabrics, and commercial market demands.
