Responsibilities & Context:
Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC)
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and self-motivated professional to join our Quality team in a leading garments manufacturing company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and supervise the QA & QC team.
Ensure product quality meets buyer requirements and company standards.
Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspection processes.
Analyze quality issues and implement corrective & preventive actions.
Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, and Technical teams.
Prepare quality reports and maintain quality documentation.
Support buyer visits and quality audits.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
