Experience:

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Bachelor/Honors

• Graduate in any discipline/ Graduation from Textile is preferable.

• Age At most 35 years
• Only Male

• Should have vast experience and strong knowledge in Knit Garment industries.

• Should be well experienced in Knit Merchandising.

• Product pricing and capacity management Ability.

• Must have Experience about Fabric Specification (G1), Others all instruction of Garments making (G2) & also Cost Control Sheet (CCS)

• Should have a good knowledge in fabric, yarn, accessories, print & embroidery, sourcing, costing/pricing and T & A (Time & Action Plan) etc.

• Candidate should be capable of handling orders from different buyers' independently.

• The candidate must have technical efficiency, trouble shooting ability and leadership quality to lead his team members.

• Candidates having minimum 10 years of hands on experience in Managing Merchandising activities in export based Knit Composite Garments should only apply.

• Should have experience in Merchandising - 100% export oriented knit Garments

• Must be well disciplined and a team player and should have dynamic & good personality.

• Must be able to work under pressure.

• Good skills in MS Word, Power Point & MS Excel, Email writing. Internet.

• The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.

• Great inter-communication Skill.

• Strong ability on Supply chain/Backward linkage management.

• Smart, energetic and hardworking team leader and good communication skills both spoken and written in English.

• The candidate should have proven leadership quality and capable to follow up orders from sample making to shipment in an efficient way.

• Should be hard working, self-motivated and result oriented.

Job Location: Plot No. B-466, 511-513, BSCIC Industrial Area Enayetnagar, Fatullah, Narayanganj-1420

Job Responsibilities

• Need to handle many style with small Qty.

• Japanese buyer handles experience is most preferable.

• Effective and timely issue resolution.

• Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products & Quality.

• Manage and supervise team.

• Product development and execution in line with source base capabilities and customer needs.

• Proper execution of orders according to planned "Time and Action Plan" on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.

• Negotiation and Communication.

• Inventory control and in-house raw materials.

• Ensure shipment and take decision for smooth production.

• As per company policy

• Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)
