Responsibilities & Context:
A leading composite textile manufacturing company in Bangladesh is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead its Sales & Marketing function for Weaving & Weaving Dyeing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for woven and dyed fabrics.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with buying houses, export-oriented garments, RMG manufacturers and textile buyers.
Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Understand customer requirements, fabric specifications, quality standards, pricing and delivery expectations.
Achieve sales targets and develop new markets and customers.
Negotiate prices, orders and commercial terms with customers.
Coordinate with production, planning, merchandising and other departments for smooth order execution.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitors’ activities.
Ensure strong customer relationships and long-term business growth.
