• Software Expertise: Must possess practical knowledge and direct working experience with BOK Software.

• Technical Skills: Well-versed in pattern making, pattern grading, marker making, and complete sample development processes.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and develop accurate patterns utilizing BOK Software in accordance with buyer specifications.

• Ensure precise fit, measurements, and garment construction tailored to individual buyer requirements.

• Execute pattern grading, marker making, and accurate fabric consumption calculations.

• Develop initial and final samples while strictly adhering to high-quality standards.

• Work closely and collaboratively with the Merchandising, Design, and Production teams to streamline sample development
