• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop(mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of printing techniques, color management ,and production workflow.

• Lead the end-to-end design function for garment accessories including labels, tags, trims, and packaging.

• Translate buyer requirements into innovate, production-ready design solutions.

• Ensure accuracy of artworks(layout, color, size, and specifications) before final approval.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Production, and Offset Printing teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Oversee sample development and ensure on-time submission aligned with buyer expectation.

• Maintain strict quality control to ensure consistency between approved design and final output.

• Review and approve all design files prior to bulk production.

• Communicate effectively with buyers for approvals, modifications, and feedback management.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the design team to enhance creativity and productivity.

• Identify and resolve design-related issues during production and printing stages.

• Ensure proper documentation, version control, and archive of all design assets.

• Stay updated with industry trends, printing techniques, and design tools to drive continuous improvement.

• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
