• Minimum 08-10 years' experience in same field.

• 1. PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

• Ensure production targets are achieved according to customer delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with PPC, Merchandising, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Washing (if applicable), and Quality departments.

• Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and eliminate production bottlenecks.

• 2. PRODUCTION OPERATIONS

• Manage sewing, finishing, and packing operations.

• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

• Maintain smooth production flow throughout all sections.

• Minimize downtime and improve overall factory efficiency.

• 3. PRODUCTIVITY IMPROVEMENT

• Monitor line efficiency and productivity.

• Work closely with the Industrial Engineering (IE) team on line balancing and process improvements.

• Reduce overtime through effective planning.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance output.

• 4. QUALITY MANAGEMENT

• Ensure garments meet buyer specifications and quality standards.

• Coordinate with the Quality department to reduce defects and rework.

• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.

• 5. MANPOWER MANAGEMENT

• Plan manpower allocation according to production requirements.

• Supervise and motivate production staff.

• Evaluate employee performance and identify training needs.

• 6. SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

• Ensure compliance with factory safety rules and buyer Code of Conduct requirements.

• Maintain clean and organized production areas.

• Support audits related to BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, SA8000, and customer compliance.

• 7. REPORTING

• Prepare daily production reports.

• Monitor efficiency, absenteeism, overtime, DHU, WIP, and shipment status.

• Report production performance to senior management.
