• Candidate should have experience in Garments & Textile, HR & Compliance, Commercial along with practical Tax & VAT knowledge during his job period.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Factory GM (General Manager ) in a BSCIC industrial area.

• Communication skills: Clear verbal and written communication in English for smooth workflow & also Knows Japanese language will be given strong preference.

• Perform basic computer tasks such as E-mail, Excel, and Word.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to analyze data and optimize processes for efficiency and cost reduction.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Location: Plot No – B- 466, 511-513, BSCIC I/A , Enayetnagar, Fatullah, Naryanganj-1420, is looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly potential professionals as Factory GM (General Manager )

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall production operations across knitting, finishing, and garment processes.

• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.

• Coordinate with merchandising, planning, and procurement teams for smooth workflow.

• Ensure preventive maintenance of knitting machinery to avoid production delays.

• Supervise knitting operations to ensure fabric quality, machine efficiency, and minimal downtime.

• Maintain strict compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and audits.

• Implement cost control measures to reduce wastage and improve profitability.

• Extensive knowledge of LC, Customs, Bond, UD, Banking, Shipping, and Export-Import procedures.

• Lead and manage the entire Commercial Department.

• Oversee all import, export, shipping, customs, bond, and UD operations.

• Ensure compliance with BGMEA, Customs, Bond Commissionerate, Bangladesh Bank, and other regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, banks, and government authorities.

• Ensure timely shipment execution and resolve commercial-related issues.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team.

• Certifications & Standards GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS, OEKO-TEX, HIGG FEM, HIGG FSLM, ISO Standards, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX / SMETA, Better Work, SLCP, ZDHC, FSC (where applicable)

• Bangladesh Industry Programs RSC (Ready-Made Garments Sustainability Council), Nirapon ,BGMEA requirements, BKMEA requirements, Bangladesh Labour Law, Bangladesh Labour Rules, Fire Safety & Building Compliance Requirements

• Lead all HR operations and workforce management activities.

• Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, and workforce engagement.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.

• Lead all customer audits and compliance assessments.

• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant factory environment.

• Capacity utilization and resource management

• Support buyer, customer, and compliance audits and ensure timely closure of production-related observations

• Work closely with Industrial Engineering, Planning, Quality, HR, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Merchandising teams to achieve factory objectives.

• Ensure internal control in all areas of business and financial operations;
