Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager - IT & MIS to lead our technology department at Elegant Group. The ideal candidate will oversee our entire IT infrastructure, drive the implementation of a process-wise Garments ERP system, and manage the MIS framework to optimize manufacturing workflows. This role requires strong leadership to align technology with our garments and textiles business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the new process-wise Garments ERP software.

• Map existing garments workflows (Merchandising, Sampling, IE, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing) into the ERP system.

• Coordinate with ERP vendors to customize modules according to textile production needs.

• Train factory and head office employees on ERP data entry and system usage.

• Troubleshoot daily ERP software issues and ensure zero downtime during production hours.

• Audit ERP data integrity to prevent mismatch between physical stock and system records.

• Design and maintain the Management Information Systems (MIS) framework for Elegant Group.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production, efficiency, and financial reports for management.

• Create automated dashboards to track KPI data across garments and textile units.

• Analyze production bottlenecks using data insights and suggest technology-driven solutions.

• Provide accurate data to top management for strategic decision-making and forecasting.

• Oversee the IT infrastructure across the head office, garments factories, and textile units.

• Manage secure LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.

• Maintain server configurations, cloud hosting architectures, and data backup systems.

• Establish a robust disaster recovery plan to protect critical business data.

• Supervise the installation, licensing, and maintenance of all software and hardware assets.

• Manage the deployment and maintenance of CCTV surveillance networks across all factory floors.

• Ensure 24/7 video recording storage and regular backup of surveillance footage.

• Integrate biometric attendance and access control systems with the central HR software.

• Implement strict cybersecurity policies to protect sensitive design and pricing data.

• Supervise and mentor the internal IT support and MIS executives.

• Evaluate team performance and identify technical training needs.

• Negotiate service contracts with internet service providers, hardware vendors, and software suppliers.

• Prepare and optimize the annual IT department budget.

Job Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. in CSE, IT, or a related field (MBA in MIS is a plus).

• Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in the IT sector, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role within the Garments & Textiles industry.

• Technical Skills: Proven experience in Garments ERP implementatin, database management (SQL/Oracle), networking, and CCTV system architecture.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of process-wise garments manufacturing workflows.

• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
