• Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.

• Advance knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Social Media Marketing.

• Strong networking skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the company’s real estate business operations.

• Manage renting activities for commercial properties and ensure maximum occupancy and profitability.

• Identify potential tenants, buyers, and business opportunities for existing and upcoming properties.

• Lead negotiations for lease agreements, property sales, renewals, and other commercial terms.

• Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, brokers, and stakeholders.

• Supervise overall property management activities, including tenant coordination and issue resolution.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to determine market trends, rental rates, and property values.

• Prepare business proposals, leasing plans, sales strategies, and revenue forecasts.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance related to property leasing, sales, and legal requirements.

• Coordinate with legal, finance, engineering, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.

• Monitor property performance and prepare regular management reports on occupancy, revenue, and business growth.

• Oversee marketing and promotional activities for available commercial spaces and properties.

• Manage and guide the real estate team to achieve business targets and operational efficiency.

• Ensure timely collection of rent, service charges, and other payments related to commercial properties.

• Monitor rental income, payment status, and overall property performance.

• Handle tenant concerns and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

• Develop marketing strategies to promote vacant commercial spaces.
