• Identify and reach out to potential Clients for renting or selling residential or commercial projects.

• Conduct cold calls and follow up with leads generated through social media and Personal Meeting with Clients.

• Schedule and conduct physical site visits with clients to showcase properties.

• Explain project features, Draft Agreements with payment plans and legal documentation to prospective Tenants and buyers.

• Maintain a strong database of potential clients, identifying their requirements and update their status regularly.

• Assist senior management in closing sales and Rental deals and negotiating prices.

• Participate in real estate fairs, outdoor marketing, and corporate branding activities.

• Analyze market trends and keep track of competitors' projects and pricing.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the department head.

• Ensure excellent customer service from the first contact to the final handover.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA/Marketing preferred).

• Freshers are encouraged to apply, but 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate is a plus.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bengali and English.

• Smart, energetic, and a positive "can-do" attitude toward sales targets.

• Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.

• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Social Media Marketing.

• Strong networking skills and the ability to work under pressure.
