• Experience in Narrow Fabric is preferred.

• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities & Context:

1. Analyse incoming customer orders to evaluate current status, capacity, and requirements.

2. Develop and manage comprehensive Time and Action (TNA) calendars to track critical milestones.

3. Create detailed production schedules aligned directly with customer demand and delivery timelines.

4. Resolve operational bottlenecks and streamline workflows to safeguard the master delivery plan.

5. Maintain transparent, proactive communication across all cross-functional departments.

6. Monitor daily production plans against actual output and address performance variances immediately.

7. Drive process efficiency to consistently meet and exceed targeted On-Time Delivery (OTD) rates.
