• Experience in dyeing laboratory operations, is required.

• Strong knowledge of dyes, chemicals, and color matching techniques.

• Sound understanding of RFT, DTM, and Lab-to-Bulk matching processes.

• Familiarity with buyer compliance standards and Eco-regulations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Manage dyeing laboratory activities, including the development of shades and recipes.

• Monitor the effective application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the Dyeing Laboratory.

• Oversee color management and ensure DTM (Dyeing to Match) attempts are achieved as per target.

• Lead the color matching process for lab dips and bulk production, ensuring precise alignment with buyer swatches/standards.

• Analyze dyes and chemicals to formulate the optimal dye recipe combination, ensuring RFT (Right First Time), quality, and cost minimization.

• Collaborate with the production team to resolve recipe-related issues.

• Ensure the targeted Lab-to-Bulk RFT% is consistently achieved.

• Minimize rework, wastage, and chemical costs & Ensure compliance with buyer standards and Eco-regulations.
