• Good understanding of buyer quality requirements and standards.

• Knowledge of technical audit preparation and coordination.

• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

• Good problem-solving capability.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Good command of email communication and documentation.

1. Monitor and ensure compliance with required buyer quality standards and requirements.

2. Coordinate and support buyer and third-party technical audits.

3. Prepare and maintain necessary quality reports, records and documentation.

4. Follow up on buyer requirements, quality procedures and related standards.

5. Coordinate with the Quality, Merchandising and other relevant departments to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

6. Maintain regular communication and follow-up with relevant stakeholders regarding quality matters.

7. Ensure timely corrective actions and effective resolution of quality concerns.

8. Support the Quality team in maintaining required standards and procedures.
