Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

PGD in HR will be considered with priority.

Good knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law & EPZ, Rules & Garments compliance standards & SOPs.     

Proficiency on English writing & speaking.

Strong expertise in Microsoft office & reporting tools.

Ability for HR analysis and Analytics.

Effective communication skills.Ability to work in team.

Adaptability & ability to work under pressure



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure overall factory recruitment and selection processes for workers and sub-staff in alignment with approved manpower planning and budget.

  • Oversee annual increment, promotion, and probation confirmation processes for workers in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with Labor Law and EPZ regulations; coordinate buyer and certification audits; maintain compliance documentation; conduct internal audits, corrective action plans, risk assessments, and other compliance-related activities as required.

  • Manage chemical and environmental data in accordance with HIGG FEM standards and buyer requirements.

  • Ensure proper management of leftover garments and factory wastage, including coordination with authorized local vendors and customers.

  • Monitor and analyze monthly supervisor performance, including reporting, tracking, and follow-up actions.

  • Ensure overall floor compliance, discipline, housekeeping, and implementation of 5S practices to maintain smooth factory operations.

  • Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative activities, including employee support services, event coordination, and operational assistance.

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and readiness to undertake any project or assignment assigned by management or supervisors.
