Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

• Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skill.

• Good communication skills in both English and Bengali

• Good knowledge & skills in computing

• Able to work under pressure and

• complete the task within a preset time-frame

• Must be familiar with modern garments factory practices.

• Sound knowledge on cost reduction & control, Lean management & six sigma, takt time balancing.

• Good Presentation skill

• Strong ability on Supply chain/ backward linkage management and able to understand current market trends and buying psychology

• Lead IE team with modern IE tools and method

• Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools and monitor head-to-head costing and cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastages.

• Ensure effective utilization of company resource

• Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet the ultimate standard and initiate simplification in the overall production process

• Ensure Proper line balancing & confirm daily line-wise production target as per plan efficiency

• Case study against low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify standard operational break down to production people and train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skilled workforce and initiate skill test for ongoing operators.

• Maintain an excellent co-ordination with production and quality team & other production support team to ensure quality production & on time shipment and communicate with management and user personnel to develoр production and design standards

• Walk throughs from time to time in the factory premises with a view to monitoring safety procedures & customer quality standards

• Evaluate and perform investigation on all variances for all planned and actual results for industrial processes and maintain track of all information and ensure integrity of all results for processes

• Identify & remove causes of delay production to meet shipment dates

• Work to ensure the average efficiency as per company standard Follow-up skill matrix, find skill gap, provide training plan
