Responsibilities & Context:
Back-to-Back (BTB) L/C Operations: Spearhead the application and opening process for Local and Foreign BTB L/Cs for yarn and accessories; manage distribution and file tracking to prevent supply chain delays.
Monitor and process EDF loans, PC loans, and Time loans. Coordinate with Bangladesh Bank for EDF and others time extensions.
Payment Oversight: Manage Foreign Telegraphic Transfers (FTT) and monitor daily SWIFT messages to ensure timely acceptance and payment of export-import liabilities.
Prepare daily, monthly, and annual reports on bank liability positions, account outstanding balances, and total collection status for senior
Follow up and sending mail to bank for acceptance and payment and record maintain Back-to-Back pending documents positions to bank for Acceptance and Payment.
Follow-up all banking-related work of the Commercial Department.
