Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Masters or Bachelor degree in any discipline.

• Candidates having PGD in HRM or Diploma in Social Compliance will have an added advantage.

• 2 to 3 years

• Only Female

• Vast knowledge in Computer is a must and able to correspond via e-mail.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Sincere, Honest & Accountable to the job.

• Should have good typing speed both Bangla & English.

• Good communication skills.

• We are looking for a professional who is experienced in running a Manufacturing Compliance.

• Daily floor visit to check housekeeping and compliance issues.

• Execute orientation and training programs for the workers.

• Make workers aware of Health, Hygiene and Safety issues.

• Regular counseling of workers.

• Maintain various registers and logs.

• Organize welfare committee meetings, WPC, and Grievance meetings, preparing minutes and circulating.

• Ensuring proper both way flow of communication between workers and management.

• To get the grievance & complaints of workers with regard to their service conditions redressed as expeditiously as possible.

• To organize & supervise labor welfare work.

• To assist in the organization of Safety propagation, training courses, suggestion schemes, recreational facilities, individual personnel problems and education of workers children.

• Collect grievance of workers & bring it to the knowledge of Mgt.

• Take care of workers, special care of pregnant & injured workers.

• Keep accountability of the blood donors, father-mother of the newborn baby.

• Ensure all over welfare activates as per Bangladesh labor Act-2006 and Amendment act -2015 & 2018 in the factory.

• To ensure and implement different Buyers COC in the factory.

• Counseling and follow up pregnant workers.

• Ensuring Maternity benefits as per Labor Law.

• Safety and first aid etc.

• Update to management all compliance reports in regular interval etc.
