Strong knowledge of supply chain, ERP software (Store-related)
Advanced user of MS Excel & MS Word.
Responsibilities & Context:
Jacquard Machine spare parts, Linking spare parts, Washing chemicals & general item received & issue record of all martials inventory, taking, Quality checking of spare parts as per procedure.
Proper documentation of receivable & issue materials using ERP system.
Prepare and check inventory reports; inform department head accordingly.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock following FIFO & LIFO methods.
Maintain BIN Card and Stock Register.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance standards.
Ensure warehouse & employee safety facilities as per compliance.
Conduct monthly 100% physical inventory counting and closing report.
Prepare daily receive & delivery reports and share with department head via email.
Keep accurate monthly & yearly physical inventory records.
